If you life such far outside, by trying to come closer to nature, more close to the roots of living – water becomes a new role. Here in Portugal the temperature rises up in the last years and it is raining less.

We try to keep the water what we get out of our borehole and give it fresh cleaned back to nature. We give the water after running through our natural water cleaning system to the garden. In the moment we become lots of salads and othe rplants with this.

Our outdoor kitchen water cleaning system cares for different plants. Mostly herbs, but alovera, salad and strawberrys are growing now slowly after the winter.

Still were are experience the system. For sure we used natrual soap, but it needs to be adjusted to the way how it is used. For the first building steps were are happy to keep the water with such a good result.
