What happened to DeepFreeze Progressive House Radio?

DeepFreeze Progressive House Radio was summoned by the SENA foundation to stop its activities. The Dutch legislation does not allow hobbyists to run their own webradio, even when the webradio is for non-profit purposes. The only way the law would allow this if special licenses are purchased. These licenses are too expensive for me and for this reason the radio stopped broadcasting on December 7, 2007. This radio will no longer broadcast to the public.
